Any references made to ‘You’ or ‘Your’ in case those conditions means the person or persons included on the booking form to whom these booking conditions apply. These conditions detail the entire agreement which You have with the Company.

The total deposit amount is 50% of the tour package type and its better to secure your dates in advance to secure your spot(dates) and to avoid disappointment.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Confirmation and initial tour information will be mailed upon receipt of the first deposit payment, which implies that we now have a legally binding contract. With respect to the confirmation message from the company, you would need to ensure that all details included are accurate, but if otherwise, you would need to contact the company in writing right away. The terms and conditions of the contract are accepted by whoever makes the booking and represents everybody that consists of the party or group. Upon confirmation, you would get a detailed trip itinerary that includes all the gear you would be needing on your tour courtesy of the company.
CANCELLATION You have the right to cancel a reservation but it must be done in writing by mail. We do not accept cancellations by telephone. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit fees: 13-7 days prior to departure to 10% of the entire tour cost Less than 7 days prior to departure to 15% of the entire tour cost (also includes no shows) Note that given the present global climate resulting from the COVID 19 pandemic, requested services can be postponed/rescheduled at no extra cost. Refunds: No refunds are given for lost travel time; itineraries amended after departure; not appearing for any accommodation, tour, event or other booked activities; and/or cutting short the booked itinerary for non-COVID 19 related reasons.
ACCOMMODATION All tour rates listed include lodging based on a double occupancy. But there are modifications that can be done for single occupancy. In the event that an accommodation is changed for any reason, Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours will replace it with one of comparable caliber.
LIABILITY The companies, owners, contractors, and suppliers that provide transportation and/or other related travel services, as well as Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours and its agents, hereby state that they act only as agents to the passenger in all matters relating to travel and do not accept any liability for any injury, personal illness, loss, or damage to person or property in connection with any service that is caused by an act of God, delay, irritation, or any other similar cause. Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours For the convenience and safety of passengers, Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours retains the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, including but not limited to: substituting hotels, changing the itinerary, and switching the order of the destinations to be visited. Anyone who acts in a way that is unsafe for them, careless or unsafe to others, or who disregards the instructions of their guide(s) to act in a safe and responsible manner may be removed from a program without a refund by Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours and other participating organizations. The depositor agrees to be bound by these terms by advancing a deposit to Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours.
OBLIGATION
The participant/client, by engaging Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours and making a deposit and/ or full payment for travel arrangements specified, acknowledges the position of Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours as stipulated by the foregoing, and agrees to hold Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours blameless in making arrangements on his/her behalf, provided the same shall be made through generally accepted owners, suppliers, wholesalers or contractors at the time of engagement, and further agrees that restitutions damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the owners , wholesalers and/or contractors. The participants further agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this proposal of Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours for services to be performed.
INSURANCE We strongly recommend, for your own protection, that you and all members of your party take a suitable short-term traveler’s insurance policy to cover baggage loss, accidents, medical emergencies, trip cancellations and the cost of assistance, including repatriation, in the event of an accident or illness whilst you are abroad and it is your responsibility to ensure the insurance you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. We recommend that you contact your physician before beginning your tour and that you ask him or her to provide you with the current World Health Organization (WHO) or Center for Disease control (CDC) recommendations for the country (s) you will visit on your tour. Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours takes no responsibility for any health requirements in Ghana, although, were possible, Mole Boy Travel & Safe Guide Tours will try to provide current information.
